The White Swan is beautiful multi award winning 18th-century stone pub in the middle of the Peterborough countryside.

We are officially "Best Village Pub & Restaurant 2023 - Northamptonshire"

The newly refurbished White Swan is an inviting setting for seasonal recipes and Sunday roasts. Sample a cask ale from the bar, or sit outside in the picturesque terraces to enjoy the tranquility of the local area.

The White Swan menu features gourmet takes on British pub classics, as well as a great selection of crowd-pleasing international options.  As well as original a la carte dishes there are modern classics like stone baked pizzas, burgers with all kinds of toppings plus pub classics like fish and chips, steaks, and BBQ ribs. Plus, a great vegetarian / vegan selection. Over 75% of our menu is also suitable for those requiring a gluten free meal.

On Sundays, enjoy roast dinners with all the trimmings in additionon the the full main menu at The White Swan near Peterborough. Indulge in childhood favourites on the dessert menu like loaded ice cream sundaes and warm cookie dough, all washed down with cask ales, international wines, cocktails or one of our 60+ gins from the bar.

Summer Main Menu

We have developed a great casual dining menu with a deliberately huge choice of freshly prepared meals that offers our best selling selection of Burgers, Pizzas & Fish / Meat / Vegetarian dishes plus a great selection of really fantastic sizzlers & flatbreads. A Kids Menu is also available in the same menu. Most of our dishes are available Gluten Free. (Did you know that we are the highest rated restaurant in Cambridgeshire for Gluten Free)

So, on a Sunday, your party can mix and match between Sunday Roast & Main Menu items...always something for everyone. ***Note that Sunday Roast is "When it is gone it is gone" - if you want to ensure that you have a Sunday Roast please book before 3pm...It may be available longer but we cannot guarantee this as it depends on how much is ordered by early guests. Sunday Roast WILL NOT be available all day***

Join Us On Christmas Day 2025

Those of you who have been with us on Christmas Day before will know what a really great atmosphere we have.

Dinner will again be served in two sittings this year - promptly at 12:15pm & 15:30pm and consists of a welcome glass of Champagne (or alcohol free equivalent) and canapés followed by a fabulous festive menu. A 50% deposit needed when booking (refundable until 1st September) with the balance & preorder by 1st December.
