LADY IMELDA – THE RETURN!
If you’ve been before, you’ll already know that this is not your average Christmas party.
It’s loud. It’s outrageous. It’s occasionally completely inappropriate. And by the end of the evening, all sense of dignity tends to have left the building.
In other words, it’s Christmas at The White Swan.
The fabulous Lady Imelda has performed for us many times over the years and has never failed to absolutely bring the house down. Comedy, music, cabaret and quite possibly a few things we probably shouldn’t mention on the website.
And judging by the number of previous guests who started booking the moment they heard the words “Lady Imelda is back”, this one is going to be another sell-out.
EAT FIRST. THEN LOSE YOUR DIGNITY.
Your evening starts with a fabulous three-course Christmas dinner, served in our usual slightly unconventional White Swan style.
Then, once everyone is suitably fed, watered and perhaps a little overconfident, Lady Imelda takes over.
Tickets are £59.95 per person, including your three-course dinner and live cabaret.
These nights always sell out, so if you’re planning to join us, please don’t leave it until December and then send us a sad message asking if we can “just squeeze another six in”. 😘
A 50% deposit is required by 1st November to secure your table.

CHRISTMAS DAY AT THE WHITE SWAN 🎄🥂
You do Christmas. We’ll do the cooking. And the washing up.
If you’ve spent Christmas Day with us before, you’ll know it’s one of our absolute favourite days of the year.
The pub is full, the Champagne is flowing, there’s a fabulous atmosphere and — most importantly — nobody has to peel a potato, argue with a turkey or face a kitchen that looks like a bomb has gone off.
So, we’re doing it all again.
CHRISTMAS DAY 2026
We’ll be serving Christmas Day dinner over two sittings:
12:15pm
3:30pm
And because this is Christmas Day and a glass of something fizzy seems entirely appropriate, we’ll welcome you with a glass of Champagne (or an alcohol-free alternative) and canapés, before settling you in for our fabulous festive menu.
Then all you need to do is eat, drink, be merry and let us worry about everything else.
No cooking. No washing up. No pretending the sprouts aren’t overdone.
THE BORING BUT IMPORTANT BIT…
A 50% deposit is required when booking and is fully refundable until 1st September.
Your menu pre-order and remaining balance will then be required by 1st December.
Christmas Day at The White Swan always ends up completely full, so if you’re thinking of joining us this year, we really wouldn’t leave it too long.

We have developed a great casual dining menu with a deliberately huge choice of freshly prepared meals that offers our best selling selection of Burgers, Pizzas & Fish / Meat / Vegetarian dishes plus a great selection of really authentic curries, sizzlers and flatbreads. A Kids Menu is also available in the same menu. Most of our dishes are available Gluten Free. (Did you know that we are the highest rated restaurant in Cambridgeshire for Gluten Free).
